Case study

The world is changing before our eyes. Many people have heard about autonomous vehicles, intelligent homes, and industry 4.0, but do they know how it actually works? How to tell people about the Internet of Things and how to link this concept to Bosch? This was the task undertaken by Przemysław Pająk, the founder of Poland’s most popular technology website. For the purposes of the campaign, we invited him to a Bosch research facility in Germany where the appliances that will soon be a part of our homes, streets, and productions lines are being developed.

“We were looking for someone to guide the target group through the world of Bosch. Someone credible, ready to check things out for himself, but also able to look at technology both as an expert and a regular user. We decided that Przemysław Pająk, the editor-in-chief of the most popular Polish technology website, Spider’s Web, would be perfect for that,” Tomasz Michalik, the Chief Innovation Officers at Insignia, says.

A series of documentary videos were produced as part of the campaign. At the research facility in Renningen, Przemysław met Bosch experts and talked with them about mobility, industry, and smart homes. In the videos, the editor-in-chief of Spider’s Web presented e.g. the Home Connect app that allows for managing the entire home, a system for the remote parking of you car, and the directions of development of autonomous vehicles. Using the example of the Bosch production line located in Mirków, he explained what industry 4.0 is.
