  • Insignia sp. z o.o. of Kraków (“Insignia” or the “Company”) pays particular attention to the privacy of the users using the www.insignia.pl website (the “Website”). If you use the Website, this Privacy Policy is addressed to you.

Still, in this Privacy Policy, we would like to reiterate this information, so that you can find it quickly and conveniently. III. How is my personal data collected?

  • When you visit the Website, certain data concerning your visit is collected automatically, including:

The sole fact that you visit the Website does not require you to provide any other information or personal data.

Some of the tools (e.g. HotJar) allow for learning how the user used the website, but are unable to specify that person and do not share data that would allow us to identify that person.
    • The tools we use include for instance Google Analytics. These tools use cookies in order to provide reliable data.
    • The authors of these tools may gather, on their servers, the data collected by means of placing cookies on devices and may use this information in order to produce reports and provide other services related to online traffic and the use of the Internet.
    • The companies that have developed these tools may share this information with third parties if they are obliged to do that under legal regulations or if these third parties process this information on behalf of the given company.
    • For us, this data only constitutes material for statistical analysis—cookies are not combined with the other data you provide us with.
    • The fact that we use Google Analytics and similar tools does not constitute a case of processing your personal data.
  • Google AdWords—behavioral ads and other Google tools

  • Your personal data is protected by us with the use of the organizational and technical measures that are necessary and appropriate to prevent the risk of a violation of your rights or freedoms.
  • In particular, we secure your personal data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as against damage and loss.
  • The security of data transmission is ensured thanks to the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. SSL consists in encrypting data prior to it being sent from your browser and decrypting it once it has safely reached the server that handles our Website.
